Overview

This program will encourage people who say, "I want to do it, but there are a few obstacles..." or "I can't find the courage to take that first step..." Each episode features a guest on location who attempts something new that may be a bit of a challenge, while looking at "Lala NOTE," a book of how-to's created by professionals in the field. The program will introduce "how-to's you can try tomorrow" on Friday nights.
