Deceit

After discovering a dead infant in the front yard of the house he is squatting in and attempting to sell it, middle aged alcoholic Phil James is launched into a conspiracy involving a wealthy mayoral candidate, giant acid spraying worms, and the planned genocide of his city's homeless population.
