Nurse in Training

Part 1 - Student nurse Missy's first patient turns out to be a very unruly girl, Vicky - but Missy and the male doctor manage to subdue Vicky after a long struggle, and they put her in a straitjacket. The exam, mostly in bondage, includes all of Vicki's body cavities; in particular, vaginal and anal. Part 2 - Mental Patient Vicki, kept in a straitjacket, must submit to her daily large enema. She insists that the nurse get one, too. The male doctor - tired of agitated patients - give simultaneous enemas to both, with two inflatable double-balloon nozzles! Afterwards, both girls must squeeze into one toilet bowl to expel at once. After a shower, which turns passionate the patient is calmer, and submits to a vaginal speculum exam.
