Two fake thugs stage a dramatic robbery for a silent movie, causing a panicked kid to summon the police. The heavily armed cops rush in and arrest the actors, only to find out they just ruined a movie scene. Everyone has a good laugh at the station. Naturally, when real thugs pull the exact same stunt on an actual victim down the road, the police laugh it off as another film production.
