Despite low staffing, little time, perhaps one too many cups of coffee, and a demanding crowd of patients, a team of exhausted but resilient doctors and nurses are ready to help. Sofia, a surgeon with more talent than patience, is sent into this chaotic environment to save her own career - the last place she wants to be.
