Bonfire of the Vanities

Overview

Sherman McCoy, an arrogant Wall Street tycoon, takes a wrong turn on his way to Manhattan and ends up in the Bronx. There, he runs over a black man, which sets off his downfall and begins the rise of an unscrupulous journalist.
